A: The best thing to do is to register as a client and let us know the styles you like and the sizes that fit. We’ll incorporate you in our shopping agenda and over time you’ll have a wider range of items to choose from.
In the near future we hope to have pieces for women and children of all styles & sizes; but in these first few weeks the selection is a bit more limited. The best thing to do is to register as a client and fill in the information including your photograph (optional), measurements, & style preferences. –We will print out your information and literally take you with us when we shop!
3. Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT ME?
A: Unfortunately, there is no way to ensure a perfect fit in the virtual world, but we do strive to provide you with accurate item descriptions, measurements, and size calculations.
If you need more information contact us with a ‘measurements query’ and we will get the information to you promptly. The measurements query link can be found on the ‘measurements’ page under ‘shop’, or accessed by the link above. the best thing to do is to measure yourself; understand what cuts and styles are flattering on you and which ones to avoid -no matter how cute the outfit!
We've tried to make this easier for you by providing a measurements guide in the ‘shop’ section of the website. The measurements guide helps lessen confusion over terms to make sure you’re getting what you want!
4. Q: HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE ITEM I WANT IS IN GREAT CONDITION?
A: LifeFibers.com sells new and pre-owned clothing and accessories and we are very particular about choosing items that are in great, wearable condition. We take pride in our selections, however, they are not the same as "new" items even if they are described as "unworn", or "new with original tags". If you can’t stand the thought of your clothing having once been hung in someone else’s closet, than LifeFibers.com is not the right place for you!
For everyone else: We carefully examine our items, disclose all flaws we have noted, and include photographs of these flaws if possible. Any noted flaws will be considered in determining the price and overall condition of our items, such as: New With Tags, New WithOut Tags, Pre-Owned, etc. The meaning of each of these descriptive terms is listed under “Life Fibers Terms” on the SHOP page of the website.
We make every effort to notice any flaws, but we are human and it is still possible for us to miss a minor problem (like a loose stitch or 2, or a tiny spot). *If you have questions or concerns about this matter please contact us for more information before purchasing the item, as we only accept returns on a limited basis.

A: Items are mailed out USPS priority (2-3 bus. days) on Wednesday & Firday each week. All DOMESTIC shipping is USPS Priority unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Method of INTERNATIONAL shipping determined by the buyer.
Upgrades & insurance are optional, however insurance for items over $50 is strongly encouraged.
LifeFibers.com is not responsible for LOST, STOLEN, or BROKEN ITEMS over $25 that were not ensured. For buyer safety, this information is also clearly indicated on our shipping policy at checkout.

A: We take great care to describe our collection accurately and to provide all of the information that you need to know in order to be delighted with your LifeFibers.com purchases. On rare occasions however, you may find that your purchase doesn't work out as planned. We want you to be satisfied with our merchandise, and therefore we offer returns, subject to our approval.
If the item you wish to return has been represented accurately, but you just don't like the fit, color, etc., upon our approval we will accept your return. When we receive your return, you will receive a merchandise credit with us for the total amount of your purchase, minus any shipping costs. - Each donor will receive a tax deduction form stating the date and value of their donation. Donation receipts can also be mailed traditionally.
Your donations are tax deductible for a percentage of the donation:
- 15% of General Clothing, Accessory, & Collectable items donated are tax deductable
- 70% of Maternity Clothing Items are tax deductable
- 70% of Children's Clothing Items are tax dductable
If you are outside of the acceptable pick-up zone:
Please contact us so that we may review your items & determine whether or not they may be sold on the site. If LifeFibers.com accepts the clothing donation we will reimburse the donor for shipping after the item is received. * If you have unwanted items that LifeFibers.com does not accept, we will be happy to send you a list of donation centers in your area that will gladly accept what you no longer need.
