We carefully examine our items you and and disclose all flaws we have noted, including photographs of these flaws, if possible. Any noted flaws will be considered in determining the overall condition of our items, such as New With Tags, New WithOut Tags, Pre-Owned, etc. The meaning of each of these descriptive terms is listed below. Although we make every effort to notice any flaws, we are human and it is still possible for us to miss a minor problem, like a loose stitch or 2, or a tiny spot.
Please contact us if you feel that we have missed any flaw significantly affecting the item's condition. We will promptly move to resolve any concerns you may have.
The terms below are general and intended to give an overall impression of the condition of our pieces. We tend to over rather than under estimate the significance of any flaws present in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises for our wonderful customers!
We are a small-company, so in an effort to save time , all buyers should have the expectation that all items are pre-owned in great or excellent condition unless otherwise stated. We have impeccable standards when selecting pre-owned items so please purchase with confidence!

Any item described as “NWT” will essentially be in mint condition, with the original tags still attached.
Items described as “NWOT” will be in perfect or near-perfect condition, appearing to be unworn.

Pre-owned items will have been worn, but remain in great condition despite past use or cleaning. They may have only been worn once or twice and have been carefully preserved, in stellar condition.
Most of our items will fall into one of the categories above, but sometimes a piece is too fabulous to resist, even though it has some problems. Items described by us as being in "good" condition are items that are still completely wearable, but have more noticeable flaws. For example, a vintage dress may have several small but visible holes or a small amount of beaded trim missing.
Often times (especially with vintage items) pieces are handmade. Only handmade pieces of the utmost quality and craftsmanship are offered on the website. These items should be revered and celebrated, as they are truly one-of-a-kind!
At times we may have a piece altered to bring it current & make it more wearable. If this is the case it will clearly be stated in the description and photographs of that particular item.
